Self-help and motivational books tips

Recently I read a lot of self-help/motivation book. I wouldn’t say is the only way how to be successful, read a lot, read like CEO but it can be a good source of inspiration (same as interviews). Also, you can be caught in a circle of reading instead of doing something so be aware of that 🙂

In my case, I just like to read and I want to have always some book opened (or in my Kindle :).

The hardest part is to find some books to read and I am thriving to get some books recommendation.

It’s not just about the “Stars reviews” but it must match with your current mood and state of mind.

Anyway, I write down 5 books tips for you. It’s gonna be just books I read recently cuz I still can remember what these books are about hehe. I enjoyed them and give you a few thoughts out of them.

Start with Why by Simon Sinek

Life examples of how to lead your company or life in a different way. For someone probably super logical but sometimes it’s good to see it written black and white.

Atomic Habits by James Clear

Good habits bad habits neutral habits. We all are stuck with the habits circle. This book shows you some ways how to be aware of the habits and give you easy tips on how to avoid the bad once and do the good once.

Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown

We are living in a busy time. But are we really busy with important and essential things? Probably not so much. Try to say no and form your life as you wish not the others.

Deep Work by Cal Newport

Simple as that. Cal Newport talking how important is to take some time without any distraction and focus just on pure and deep work. Time of notifications ruining our focus and without focus, you cannot really move forward and make some proper work.

Late Bloomers by Rich Karlgaard

As I said books must be aligned with your actual thoughts and that was exactly the case of Kralsgaards book. It made me smile a lot during the read. Early achievers are emphasized everywhere. Young athletes, young geniuses and so. It is making pressure to others whos aren’t that successful in the early stage of their lives. We all have different paths so do not stress that much and try to find your way.
